RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB PERFORMANCE, WELL-BEING, JUSTICE, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: A MULTILEVEL PERSPECTIVE

ABSTRACT Purpose: This research was based on the "happy, productive worker" hypothesis. The objective to analyze predictive relationships, through a multilevel approach, between variables well-being at work, organizational justice, support, and dependent variable individual job performance. Originality/value: study of performance its relations with are still current gap in literature, as well possibility testing whether work can be considered collective phenomenon. presence support model, operationalized team level, represents an important contribution development theories focused teams' roles organizations, especially their impact variables. Design/methodology/approach: Considering proposed analysis two different levels, design model adopted. final sample consisted 730 individuals 32 units. data were collected questionnaire composed four previously validated scales. Data followed six steps by Hox, Moerbeek, Schoot (2017) for models each samples.
